The people at Idea Incubator, LLC who build the tools on this site also write the guides that explain them. Each guide starts from a real file problem and ends with a tool we’ve built and checked for that job.

How we work

Guides explain why a file is misbehaving before they explain the fix, say plainly what a fix costs, and end with a tool on this site that has been checked for that job. Every guide shows the date it was last updated.
